At batrav3, every piece is created with attention to quality and detail. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Tags and original packaging must be included
Item must be in original condition with no stains, odors, or damage
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Sale items
Limited drops
Accessories
Gift cards
Custom or made-to-order items
Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. If inventory is available, we will provide an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with:

Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue

We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BATRAV3 is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation is provided by the shipping carrier.
